Who processes the data

The operator is Veronika Viktorovna Murashkina, self-employed (professional income tax payer), Tax ID (INN) 421815967902, MRSHKN studio. Email for requests: hello@mrshkn.com.

This policy covers the website https://mrshkn.com, the demo websites at *.mrshkn.com and correspondence with the studio by email and on Telegram. We process data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

What data we collect and why

To reply to your request and prepare a proposal. Name, phone, email or messenger account, quiz answers, comment and correspondence. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by sending the request.
To check your website’s speed. Name, contact for the reply and website address from the “Check your site” form. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by sending the form.
To conclude and perform a contract. Full name and position of the representative, company details, Tax ID, contacts, project correspondence. Legal basis: the contract.
To issue a “Moy Nalog” tax receipt. Tax ID and name of the client — a company or a sole proprietor. Legal basis: the law on the professional income tax.
To invite a client to leave a review. The client’s email and the project name. Legal basis: the contract or our legitimate interest in hearing the client’s opinion of our work. We do not send advertising to this email.
To publish a review. Name, business or job title, link and review text. Legal basis: the author’s separate consent in the review form.
To count website visits. Cookies, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed. Legal basis: your consent in the banner on the website.

We do not collect information about health, beliefs or biometrics. If you include such information in a request yourself, we will delete it.

How long we keep data

A request and correspondence, if no contract is signed — 1 year from the last message.
Client data under a contract — 5 years after the contract ends.
A client’s email for a review — 3 years after the acceptance certificate is signed or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
A published review — until the author withdraws consent.

When the period ends or the purpose is achieved, we delete the data within 30 days.

Who we share data with

Requests and other data are stored in the website database on a server in Russia. The Operator has access to them. The server and backups are protected with access keys, passwords and encryption. In addition, data passes through these services:

Yandex Mail — correspondence with hello@mrshkn.com;
Telegram — messages, if you write to us on Telegram, and notifications of new requests: name, contact, quiz answers or the website address;
Yandex Metrica — visit counting, only if you have agreed in the banner on the website;
Google Analytics — visit counting, also only after you agree in the banner;
Google PageSpeed Insights — the website address from the “Check your site” form, to check its speed; Google does not receive your name or contact;
Cloudflare — the website sends request notifications to Telegram through this service.

We do not sell data or pass it on for other companies’ advertising.

Cookies

The website stores essential cookies in your browser: language, colour theme and your choice in the banner. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics cookies are switched on only after you agree in the banner. You can refuse in the banner or in your browser settings.

Your rights and deleting data

You can find out what data of yours we keep, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email hello@mrshkn.com from the email address or account you used to contact us, or give them in the email so that we can find you. We reply within 10 business days. After you withdraw consent, we delete the data within 30 days, except data needed for the contract or by law, for example for taxes. You can file a complaint about us with Roskomnadzor or a court.
