Custom-coded websitesin 4 days
Price and deadline in the contract. Your site scores 90+ out of 100 in Google's free speed test; if it falls short because of us, we keep working for free before handover. A one-year warranty. A one-page site in 4 days after you choose how it looks, a site for a clinic or a cafe in 7.
Websites and Telegram apps for business. We write the code ourselves, without website builders, and hand it over to you. We work under a contract, and at the end you sign an acceptance certificate, the document that confirms the work is accepted.

We are a new studio and we need examples of our work. So our first five clients get the “case-study price” (a case study is an example of our work): the price of any plan from the price list and of a logo is 30% lower. A plan is a ready package from the price list, for example “Start”, a one-page site. Options, paid extras such as online payment, launching the app in the MAX messenger as well, support after launch and work you ask for beyond the contract stay at the regular price. We give the discount right away: the contract states the discounted price, and all payments are calculated from it. We will tell you how many spots are left when we reply to your request. In return we ask for two things. First, you let us show your site, app or logo as an example of our work, without your customers' data. Second, before you sign the acceptance certificate, the document that confirms the work is accepted, you write a review of how the work went. Any review, including a critical one: we publish critical reviews the same way as positive ones. Did not write a review? The price stays the same, and there is nothing to pay extra. Ask us to remove the example and the review, and we take them off our site and social media within 3 working days; the discount stays.
Telegram and MAX
A custom app works in two messengers at once: Telegram and MAX, a Russian messenger. One price: we write the app once for both. The industry app includes only Telegram; you can add a MAX version for $300. For that, you register your company in MAX (we send step-by-step instructions) and we connect the rest. Then MAX reviews the app. MAX decides how long the review takes, so that time is not part of our deadline.
Included in the price of every site
13 items in the price; hosting and domain are paid to the provider directly. Telegram apps, 3D and support have their own lists on their pages
Code and speed
- We write the site ourselves, in code on Next.js, rather than putting it together in a website builder like Tilda
- Google's speed test on a phone: 90 out of 100 or more in each of three runs in a row. If it falls short because of us, we keep working for free and do not hand it over until it reaches 90. On launch day we test again, this time on your address: that result goes into the acceptance certificate. Third-party widgets, such as booking, maps or chat, slow a site down. If you chose them, we tell you before the contract what score we promise
- The site is easy to view on any screen: from a small phone (320 pixels wide) to a large monitor (1920 pixels)
Leads and analytics
- Every lead goes to Telegram and email
- We connect GA4 and Yandex Metrica, the site analytics services. You see how many leads came in and from where: ads, social networks or search. Run an ad and you will see whether it brings leads from the site. Only visitors who allowed analytics in the cookie window at the bottom of the site are counted
- We get the site ready for search. We add behind-the-scenes descriptions for search engines (schema.org) and for AI assistants (llms.txt). And a preview, a picture with a title that shows up when someone sends a link to the site in a messenger (OG). We do not promise a place in search results
Site files and passwords are yours
- We hand over the source code: all the files your site, admin panel and app are built from. With them you can change the site and move to another developer without us. Everything we made specifically for you, the code, the style drawn for you and our texts, becomes yours on the day you pay the full price. Until then you can use the site for free. If the final payment is more than 30 days late, we send a reminder; if there is still no payment 10 working days later, this right ends. Part of the site comes from our own ready-made work shared across all our projects: the admin panel, the section where you change texts, photos and prices yourself, modules, that is, ready program blocks, templates of our demos and ready-made styles. They stay ours, but you get the right to use them in your site for free and with no time limit: to change them, hand the code to another developer and pass this right on to a new owner of the site. We list this ready-made work in the acceptance certificate
- We set up the domain, a secure connection (SSL) and hosting and hand them over to you. You pay for the domain and hosting directly: the hosting provider monthly, the domain registrar once a year. Paid services, such as an online booking service, are also on you. Before the contract we work out what that comes to for you per year
- A cookie notice, a message telling visitors that the site remembers their actions, and the texts required by data protection law: a privacy policy and the consent a customer gives when sending a request. We prepare the texts with you, and you publish them as the site owner: you collect your customers' data, and the law holds you responsible
- An admin panel, where you change texts, photos and prices yourself, and add or remove items: dishes, services, doctors. A guide and a screencast: how to work in the admin panel and read leads and analytics
Peace of mind
- Three rounds of revisions included. A round is all your comments in one list, and we make all of it. Revisions are texts, photos, the color of individual blocks and buttons, the order of blocks; new pages, features and a whole new style are separate work
- A one-year warranty from the day you accepted the work and signed the acceptance certificate. All year we fix for free anything that broke through our fault or does not work the way the contract says. The most urgent breakdown is when through our fault the site does not open or leads do not arrive. We take it on first, before all our other work. In our first reply to your message we name the day it will be fixed, and you confirm it or suggest your own; the same goes for other bugs. The warranty does not cover outages at the hosting provider, the company whose server the site runs on, failures of third-party services such as Telegram or a booking service, or breakdowns after you or other people changed the site's code. Such repairs cost $90 an hour: we first show you the cause of the breakdown, then name the total, never charge more than that and start only if you agree. If finding the cause takes more than an hour, we name its price in advance too and start after you agree. Texts and photos you change through the admin panel, the section of the site where you edit texts, photos and prices yourself, do not void the warranty.
- The deadline goes into the contract. If we are late through our fault, we cut the price by 2% for each day of delay, 20% at most. That amount comes off the final payment. It is calculated from the price you pay under the contract, options included

How we work
How we build a one-page site in 4 days
We fix all four in the contract
- Deadline4 daysDays we spend waiting for your reply don't count toward the deadline
- QualitySpeed from 90 out of 100In Google's speed test on a phone, in each of three runs in a row. If it falls short because of our code or hosting setup, we fix it for free and send the acceptance certificate only after 90. If the site has a window from another service, such as online booking or a map, we tell you in advance what score we promise.

Before the start
Materials
Before the contract we send a list of what the site needs: texts, photos, a logo. Everyone fills in the questionnaire about their business: we draw the styles from the answers. No texts of your own? We write them from the same questionnaire and a talk with you. That is included in the price, but the site will be ready 2 days later. The styles, the options for how the site looks, come on time; the texts do not affect them: we show them within 2 working days after the start date, the day in the contract when we start your order. No photos of your own? We put in temporary ones from photo banks, sites where businesses buy photos. Texts we write, you see every time we show you the site: check the prices, addresses and services in them, only you know those.
Prepayment and start date
The contract sets a start date: the day we have time free for your site. You pay the prepayment, 30% of the price in the contract ($600 on a $2,000 price), within 3 working days after signing the contract. By the start date you send your answers to the questionnaire and the materials for the styles, your logo and brand colors if you have them; the rest by the dates in the contract. Late with the prepayment, the questionnaire or the materials? The work waits, and we agree on a new start date with you. The prepayment is not lost: it counts toward the payment. The new date does not suit you? Until you pick a style, you can cancel, and within 10 working days we refund the whole prepayment.
Choosing a style
A style is how the site looks: colors, fonts, the shape of buttons and blocks. The contract sets a start date: the day we have time free for your site. By that date we need three things: the prepayment, your answers to the questionnaire about your business and the materials for the styles, your logo and brand colors if you have them. Late with the prepayment, the questionnaire or the materials? The work waits, and we agree on a new start date with you. Once everything is in, within 2 working days after the start date we show the top of your home page, what is visible right away, in three different styles. For example, if the start date is a Monday, we show the styles by Wednesday. None of them fit? 2 working days after your reply we show three more. None of those fit either? You can take a ready-made style or close the contract, and then we refund the whole prepayment within 10 working days. You can also take a ready-made style right away: one of the five styles of this site (the “Style” button switches them) or the style of our demo, a ready example site we made to show what we do. Another client may pick a ready-made style too, but a style you pick from the ones drawn for you is yours alone.
If you change your mind
Changed your mind before picking a style? Email us, and within 10 working days we refund the whole prepayment. Changed your mind later? You pay only for the work done, at $90 for each hour of our work. Within 3 working days after your email we send a list: what was done, how many hours it took and what it costs. The list also includes the time spent on the style options we drew for you, and once paid for, they are yours too. Even if the hours add up, you pay no more than 70% of the contract price of the site, without a logo for the work done until we have made your second list of changes, that is, the second round of edits. After the second round, no more than 90%. For example, with a price of $2,000: no more than $1,400 before the second round and no more than $1,800 after. Payments you have made count: paid more than the work done costs? We return the extra within 10 working days. Paid less? You pay the rest, also within 10 working days. Once the work done is paid for, the rights to it pass to you, and within 3 working days we hand over everything we have done.
Deadlines in the contract
The contract sets two dates. The first is when we show the styles, the options for how the site looks: within 2 working days after the start date. The second is the deadline for the site: it runs from the day you pick a style, and the days for showing the styles do not count toward it. A delay in showing the styles does not lower the price, but until you pick a style you can cancel and get the whole prepayment back within 10 working days. If through our fault we hand over the site after the deadline, you pay less. The price goes down by 2% for each day of delay, weekends and public holidays included. In total it goes down by no more than 20%, even if we are more than 10 days late. We count the percentage from the price of the site in the contract including options, paid extras such as online payment. A logo in the same contract is not included. We take this amount off the final payment: you simply pay less. For example, with a price of $2,000, being 2 days late means $80 off, and 10 days or more means $400 off.
When the clock stops
We pause the clock while we wait for your reply, materials or payment: the delivery date moves by the same number of days, with no penalties for you. Asked for something that is not in the contract, such as a new page? First we name the price and the new deadline; neither changes without your consent. A round of edits is your list of comments, and we make all of it. If the list holds so much work that we cannot make the delivery date, we tell you before we start how many days the deadline moves and what in the list takes the most time: you can drop it or, if you still have rounds left, move it to the next one, and then the deadline stays. Those days do not count as a delay, and the price does not go down for them. If we are late through our fault, the price goes down, as in the “Deadlines in the contract” card on this page. If the site loads slowly and we work on it until Google's speed test gives it 90 points out of 100, those days count toward the deadline too: late because of that work? The price goes down too.
If we hear nothing for a long time
If for 30 days in a row you do not answer our question or do not make a payment, we may close the contract by sending you an email. Closed before you pick a style? We refund the whole prepayment. Closed later? We settle up as in the “If you change your mind” card on this page: you pay only for the work done, at $90 for each hour of our work.

- 1dayChoosing a style and the top of the home pageAfter the start date we show the top of the home page, the part people see first, in three styles. You pick one, and from that day the deadline runs: that is day 1. On the same day we turn that top part into a real page you can open on your phone. You send your comments on it in one list: that is the first of three rounds of revisions. Comments on the rest of the page come in the second and third rounds.
- 2dayThe whole site on a temporary linkWe make your first-round revisions and build the whole site: every section, the form where customers leave requests, and visitor analytics. For now the site opens on a temporary link, so you can review it before launch. You send the second list of comments.
- 3dayRevisions and the speed testWe make your second-round revisions and run a trial speed test on the temporary link: Google's test gives a page a score from 0 to 100. We send you the reports, you make the second payment of 40% and send the third and final list of comments. The required 90 is measured on launch day, on your own address.
- 4dayLaunch and a one-year warrantyWe make your third-round revisions and move the site to your web address (domain): now everyone can see it. We test the speed again, this time there. We hand over the passwords and all the code: you can change the site or pass it to another developer without us. You sign the acceptance certificate, the document that confirms the work is accepted, and pay the final 30%. Then comes a one-year warranty.
Warranty after launch
Website speed
On launch day we test the speed again with Google's test, this time on your address: we run it three times in a row, and each time it needs 90 out of 100 or more. We attach the result to the acceptance certificate, the document that confirms the work is accepted. Below 90 because of our code or the way we set up the hosting, the server the website runs on? We fix it for free and do not hand over the work until it reaches 90. If the cause is not on our side, such as a hosting outage or code you added yourself, we show it to you: we send the test reports, the pages with the test results, and write the cause into the certificate. Disagree with the cause? Reply to the email with the certificate within 10 working days, and we sort it out before it is signed. No reply within 10 working days means the work is accepted. A domain is the site's address on the internet, like mrshkn.com. If after the third round of edits you cannot give us access to it for more than 10 working days, we hand over the work on a temporary link, our test address. Once access appears, we move the site to your address at no extra cost, test the speed there and, if needed, improve it under the warranty. A third-party widget, a window from another service such as online booking or a map, slows pages down. If you asked for one, we tell you before the contract what score we promise with it; if you ask later, we tell you before we add it.
How you accept the work
We email you the acceptance certificate, a document saying the work is accepted. Within 10 working days, sign it or tell us what does not work the way the contract says. We fix that at no extra charge within 5 working days and send the certificate again; wishes that are not in the contract are not a reason not to sign. No reply within 10 working days? The work counts as accepted, as if you had signed: the warranty starts that day, and it is time to pay the final 30%.
A one-year warranty
For a year from the day you signed the acceptance certificate, the document that confirms the work is accepted, we fix for free anything that broke through our fault or does not work the way the contract says: for example, requests stop coming from the form because of a bug in our code, or the speed drops below 90 points because of our code. If we believe a breakdown is not our fault, we first show you the cause, what broke and why, and only then name the price of the repair; we start only if you agree. If finding the cause takes more than an hour, we name its price in advance too and start after you agree. More in the “If it is not our fault” card on this page. Texts and photos you change in the admin panel, the section for your own edits, do not void the warranty.
How fast we fix things
Message us on Telegram or by email; the contacts are in the contract. The most urgent breakdown is when through our fault the site does not open or requests do not arrive. We take it on first, before all our other work. In our first reply to your message we name the day it will be fixed, and you confirm it or suggest your own. Other bugs that are our fault we also fix for free all through the warranty year, and we name the timing the same way, in our first reply.
If it is not our fault
Not our fault means, for example, that another developer changed the site's code, a third-party service (Telegram, an online booking service, a payment service) broke or changed its rules, or the hosting provider, the company the site's server is rented from, had an outage. We fix such things for a separate fee: $90 an hour. We first name the total, never charge more than that, and start the repair only if you agree.
Updates and backup copies of the website
The software the site runs on is updated by its authors from time to time. Planned updates and backups, snapshots of the site with all its data, are part of support: a separate monthly fee, optional. A dangerous vulnerability is another matter: a weak spot found in the software that someone could use to break into the site. We close such spots for free all through the warranty year, even if you did not take support. A dangerous one is one the software's authors themselves have marked as dangerous. Heard about one? Write to us, and we close it for free. Without support we do not track such news ourselves. The warranty does not depend on support: we fix bugs in our code for free all year without it. But without support we do not make backups. After a failure we rebuild the site from the code: free if the failure is our fault, $90 an hour if it is the hosting's. Whatever appeared after launch, requests and bookings in the admin panel, texts and photos you changed, may be lost. Requests that already reached you by email stay there. With support we restore the site from a backup, and that is part of the monthly fee.
Check your site
Send us your website address — we’ll check how fast it loads on a phone and send you up to five tips on what to change to make it faster. If your site is already fast, we’ll tell you so.
If a site takes too long to load on a phone, some visitors leave before it opens.
It’s free, and you don’t have to order a website from us afterwards. Within an hour during business hours we’ll confirm we got your request, and you’ll get the results within one business day. We work weekdays, 10 am to 7 pm Moscow time (UTC+3). We check one site per request, on any platform, including Wix and WordPress — though we don’t rework sites like these ourselves; we build new ones. The results go only to you, and we won’t show them anywhere without your consent.
This opens Google PageSpeed Insights, a free speed test. If you’ve entered your address in the form above, it’s filled in for you and the mobile test starts right away. Wait for it to finish — usually under a minute — and look at the number next to “Performance”: 90 and above is considered good. The score changes from run to run, sometimes by dozens of points, so we test three times in a row and send you all three results. The test’s other notes are written for developers — we’ll send you plain-language tips with your request.
The site we build for you will score 90 out of 100 or higher in this test on a phone — in each of three back-to-back runs on handover day, and we attach all three results to the acceptance certificate. It’s in the contract: if the score is lower because of our code or the way we set up the hosting, we fix it for free and don’t hand over the work until it reaches 90. You get the draft contract before paying, together with the price. If your site needs a third-party booking widget, map or chat, we’ll tell you before signing what score we promise with them.
The home pages of 54 web studios in the Kaliningrad region — companies that build websites — scored 72.5 out of 100 in this test on a phone: that’s the median site, half of the studios scored lower and half higher. 12 of the 54 studios scored 90 or above. Checked on October 30, 2026.¹
¹ On October 23, 2026 we compiled a list of 59 web studios in the region (not counting our own). On October 30 we ran their home pages through Google PageSpeed Insights on mobile: three runs in a row per site, taking the middle of the three results — not the best and not the worst. Google’s test couldn’t check five sites, so 54 were counted. Three of those five also failed to open in our earlier check; one scored 100 in it, and another scored 69 and 78 in two runs. With those two included, the median site would have scored between 72.5 and 75. We then ranked the 54 studios by score: the two sites in the middle scored 72 and 73, and we took the average of the two — 72.5.
