Tochno dental clinic: website and booking via Telegram and MAX

Patients choose a clinic by its doctors and prices, and they want to book without calling. The clinic needs bookings that don't get lost and patients who don't forget their appointment.

The demo shows such a website for Tochno, a fictional dental clinic in Kaliningrad. The demo site is in Russian.

The site lists seven services with prices, seven doctors with their own pages, a price list, reviews (fictional in the demo) and contacts with a map. The clinic edits services, doctors and reviews in the admin panel without a developer. There are no photos of doctors: stock faces would pass themselves off as real people.

A separate page gathers the main information a Russian clinic is required by law to publish on its website (Ministry of Health order No. 118n): company details, the license with a QR code for checking it in the national register, rules for booking a first visit and rules for paid services. The clinic is fictional, so the company details and the license number are zeros, and the QR code opens the whole register, with no entry for the clinic. Each doctor's page shows until when their accreditation is valid and on which days and hours they see patients; the clinic fills in the document and the schedule in the admin panel.

A search in the site header finds a doctor, a service or the license information. Patients can rate the clinic anonymously on five questions, and the owner sees the answers in the admin panel. For people with low vision there is a separate version of the site: large font, high-contrast colors, an option to hide images, and the site remembers the choice.

Patients can book from the home page, a doctor's page or a service page. The buttons open the Booking Mini App: the patient picks a service, a doctor and a time, then confirms. The bot sends reminders 24 and 2 hours before the visit. The Mini App has its own admin panel, separate from the site's: there the clinic sets up doctors, services and booking hours, and the administrator sees all bookings and can move or cancel them, and the patient gets a message. Reminders and messages go to the messenger the patient booked in.
