Custom Telegram app
The app opens right inside the messenger, Telegram or MAX, with nothing to download. In it, customers book appointments, browse the menu, collect bonuses and pay. It comes with a bot customers open the app through, and an admin panel, the section where you change texts and prices and see bookings and orders

What is included
Included in the price of the app
- We write the app ourselves, in code, rather than putting it together in a builder. We hand over the source code, all the files the app, the bot and the admin panel are built from: you can change it and pass it to another developer without us
- A Telegram bot your customers open the app through
- An admin panel, where you change texts, photos and prices yourself and see bookings, orders and bonuses
- New bookings and orders arrive in your Telegram
- A privacy policy. Before the contract we tell you what else you need to do yourself
- A server is a computer on the internet that the app runs on. We set it up and hand it over to you. You pay for it directly to the provider company, not to us: currently from 2,000 ₽ a month, but provider prices change. The app also needs its own web address. If you have a site, we put the app on an address within it for free, such as app.yoursite.com. If you do not, you buy a domain (an address) yourself from a registrar, the same as for a site, and pay for it once a year, usually a few hundred rubles. If the app takes payments, the payment service charges a fee on each payment, and the contract with it is in your name too. Before the contract we work out what the server and domain come to per year and tell you what percentage the payment service takes
- Three rounds of revisions included. A round is all your comments in one list, and we make all of it. Revisions are texts, photos, the color of individual buttons and blocks, the order of screens; new screens, features and a whole new style are separate work
- A one-year warranty from the day of acceptance: we fix for free anything that broke through our fault or does not work the way the contract says. Outages of Telegram and MAX themselves are not covered
- A guide and a screencast: how to work in the admin panel
- The deadline goes into the contract. If we are late through our fault, we cut the price by 2% for each day of delay, 20% at most. That amount comes off the final payment. It is calculated from the price you pay under the contract, options included

How the work goes
Before the start
Custom or industry app
The steps below are for a custom app, built for your tasks. There is also an industry app: a ready-made app from our booking and loyalty-points modules that we set up for you. It takes 7 days and follows the same rules (three styles, prepayment, a one-year warranty), only its price includes Telegram alone, and MAX costs extra; the amount is in the price list.
Materials
Before the contract we send a list of what the main screen needs, the screen a customer sees first: a logo, photos, texts. The rest, such as a list of services with prices, comes by the dates in the contract: the full list will be there. If you are late with them, the delivery date moves by the same number of days, with no penalties for you.
Prepayment and start date
The contract sets a start date: the day we have time free for your order. You pay the prepayment, 30% of the price in the contract ($600 on a $2,000 price), within 3 working days after signing the contract. By the start date you send your answers to the questionnaire and the materials for the main screen, the screen a customer sees first. Late with the prepayment, the questionnaire or the materials? The work waits, and we agree on a new start date with you. The prepayment is not lost: it counts toward the payment. The new date does not suit you? Until you pick a style, you can cancel, and within 10 working days we refund the whole prepayment.
Choosing a style
A style is how the app looks: colors, fonts, the shape of buttons and blocks. The contract sets a start date: the day we have time free for your order. By that date we need three things: the prepayment, your answers to the questionnaire about your business and the materials for the styles, your logo and brand colors if you have them. Late with the prepayment, the questionnaire or the materials? The work waits, and we agree on a new start date with you. Once everything is in, within 2 working days after the start date we show the main screen in three different styles. For example, if the start date is a Monday, we show the styles by Wednesday. None of them fit? 2 working days after your reply we show three more. None of those fit either? You can take a ready-made style or close the contract, and then we refund the whole prepayment within 10 working days. You can also take a ready-made style right away: the style of one of our demos, the example apps in the “Try it” section at the top of this page. Another client may pick a ready-made style too, but a style you pick from the ones drawn for you is yours alone.
If you change your mind
Changed your mind before picking a style? Email us, and within 10 working days we refund the whole prepayment. Changed your mind later? You pay only for the work done, at $90 for each hour of our work. Within 3 working days after your email we send a list: what was done, how many hours it took and what it costs. The list also includes the time spent on the style options we drew for you, and once paid for, they are yours too. Even if the hours add up, you pay no more than 70% of the contract price of the app, without a logo for the work done until we have made your second list of changes, that is, the second round of edits. After the second round, no more than 90%. For example, with a price of $2,000: no more than $1,400 before the second round and no more than $1,800 after. Payments you have made count: paid more than the work done costs? We return the extra within 10 working days. Paid less? You pay the rest, also within 10 working days. Once the work done is paid for, the rights to it pass to you, and within 3 working days we hand over everything we have done.
Deadlines in the contract
The contract sets two dates. The first is when we show the styles, the options for how the app looks: within 2 working days after the start date. The second is the deadline for the app: it runs from the day you pick a style, and the days for showing the styles do not count toward it. A delay in showing the styles does not lower the price, but until you pick a style you can cancel and get the whole prepayment back within 10 working days. If through our fault we hand over the app after the deadline, you pay less. The price goes down by 2% for each day of delay, weekends and public holidays included. In total it goes down by no more than 20%, even if we are more than 10 days late. We count the percentage from the price of the app in the contract including options, paid extras such as online payment. A logo in the same contract is not included. We take this amount off the final payment: you simply pay less. For example, with a price of $2,000, being 2 days late means $80 off, and 10 days or more means $400 off.
When the clock stops
We pause the clock while we wait for your reply, materials or payment: the delivery date moves by the same number of days, with no penalties for you. MAX is a messenger where your app can also run. Before publishing, MAX reviews every app, and it is MAX, not us, that decides how many days the review takes. While it is on, the clock is paused. If the review is still on at handover, we sign the certificate for the finished app in Telegram and see the MAX publication through at no extra charge. Asked for something that is not in the contract, such as a new screen? First we name the price and the new deadline; neither changes without your consent. A round of edits is your list of comments, and we make all of it. If the list holds so much work that we cannot make the delivery date, we tell you before we start how many days the deadline moves and what in the list takes the most time: you can drop it or, if you still have rounds left, move it to the next one, and then the deadline stays. Those days do not count as a delay, and the price does not go down for them. If we are late through our fault, the price goes down, as in the “Deadlines in the contract” card on this page.
If we hear nothing for a long time
If for 30 days in a row you do not answer our question or do not make a payment, we may close the contract by sending you an email. Closed before you pick a style? We refund the whole prepayment. Closed later? We settle up as in the “If you change your mind” card on this page: you pay only for the work done, at $90 for each hour of our work.
- 01Before the start
The task, features and choosing a style
Before the start we talk: you tell us what the app should do, such as book customers, award bonuses, show products or take orders. In reply we send the estimate (the price item by item), the deadline and a draft contract. After the start date in the contract we show the main screen in three styles, you pick one, and from that day the deadline runs.
- 02Week 1
The customer's steps and screen drawings
We work out what a customer does in the app step by step, from opening it for the first time to booking or ordering. We draw all the screens in the chosen style, so you see the whole app before it is built. We show them to you, and you send your comments in one list: that is the first of three rounds of revisions.
- 03Weeks 2–3
App, bot and admin panel
We write the app once and connect it to Telegram and MAX. We make a bot, a chat with your business name, through which customers open the app; if the name is taken, we pick a similar one together with you. We also make an admin panel where you see bookings and orders. You try the app and send the second list of comments. We make them, and you make the second payment of 40%.
- 04Week 4
Testing and launch
We check that the app works in Telegram and MAX. If MAX is still reviewing it, we sign the acceptance certificate for Telegram and finish the MAX launch at no extra cost: if MAX sends it back because of our mistake, we fix it and submit it again. We make your third list of comments and hand over the passwords and access. You sign the certificate and pay the final 30%. Then comes a one-year warranty.
Warranty after launch
Acceptance
We email you the acceptance certificate, a document saying the work is accepted. Within 10 working days, sign it or tell us what does not work the way the contract says. We fix that at no extra charge within 5 working days and send the certificate again; wishes that are not in the contract are not a reason not to sign. No reply within 10 working days? The work counts as accepted, as if you had signed: the warranty starts that day, and it is time to pay the final 30%.
A one-year warranty
For a year from the day you signed the acceptance certificate, the document that confirms the work is accepted, we fix for free anything that broke through our fault or does not work the way the contract says: for example, bookings stop coming in because of a bug in our code. If we believe a breakdown is not our fault, we first show you the cause, what broke and why, and only then name the price of the repair; we start only if you agree. If finding the cause takes more than an hour, we name its price in advance too and start after you agree. More in the “If it is not our fault” card on this page. Texts and photos you change in the admin panel, the section for your own edits, do not void the warranty.
How fast we fix things
Message us on Telegram or by email; the contacts are in the contract. The most urgent breakdown is when through our fault the app does not open or bookings do not arrive. We take it on first, before all our other work. In our first reply to your message we name the day it will be fixed, and you confirm it or suggest your own. Other bugs that are our fault we also fix for free all through the warranty year, and we name the timing the same way, in our first reply.
If it is not our fault
Not our fault means, for example, that another developer changed the app's code, a third-party service (Telegram, MAX, a payment service) broke or changed its rules, or the hosting provider, the company the app's server is rented from, had an outage. We fix such things for a separate fee: $90 an hour. We first name the total, never charge more than that, and start the repair only if you agree.
Updates and backups
The software the app runs on is updated by its authors from time to time. Planned updates and backups, snapshots of the app with all its data, are part of support: a separate monthly fee, optional. A dangerous vulnerability is another matter: a weak spot found in the software that someone could use to break into the app. We close such spots for free all through the warranty year, even if you did not take support. A dangerous one is one the software's authors themselves have marked as dangerous. Heard about one? Write to us, and we close it for free. Without support we do not track such news ourselves. The warranty does not depend on support: we fix bugs in our code for free all year without it. But without support we do not make backups. After a failure we rebuild the app from the code: free if the failure is our fault, $90 an hour if it is the hosting's. Whatever appeared after launch, bookings, orders and edits in the admin panel, may be lost. With support we restore the app from a backup, and that is part of the monthly fee.
Questions
What does “Telegram and MAX for one price” mean for a custom app?
We write the app once and connect it to two messengers, Telegram and MAX. That is why the second messenger costs nothing extra: a custom app works in both for one price. The industry app is different: the price includes only Telegram, and MAX is added for a separate fee. For MAX you register your company (we send instructions). MAX reviews the app, and that time is not part of our deadline.
Which modules can I add?
Booking customers for services, giving bonuses to regular customers, showing your products and services as a list, taking orders and payments, running a “bring a friend” program. All of this is included in the price of a custom app. What the industry app includes is on its card. A QR menu guests open on their phones and a catalog with filters cost extra: that is the “QR menu or catalog” option in the “Options” list on this page. What exactly you need we discuss when we go through your task, before the contract.
Why is the price “from”?
All the features from the answer above are included in the price of a custom app. The price is higher if you need connections to other services, such as your CRM or booking service, or features beyond this list. We name the exact amount once we discuss your task.
What does the plan include besides the app itself?
A Telegram bot your customers open the app through, and an admin panel, the section where you change texts, photos and prices yourself and see bookings, orders and bonuses. Everything else included in the price is in the “What is included” list on this page. The exact deadline, 3 to 4 weeks from the day you pick the style, we name once we discuss your task and put it in the contract.
