Psychologist: website with booking and payment

A private practitioner needs a site that helps people decide whether this specialist is right for them and book straight away. It is easier for the specialist when a booking arrives already paid, leaving only the time to confirm.

The demo shows such a site for Vera Lanskaya, a fictional psychologist in Kaliningrad. The demo site is in Russian.

The site has an About page, three session formats with prices, articles and an “Is this for you?” quiz. The three-question quiz suggests a format; if an answer points to a crisis, it first shows the emergency number 112 and a helpline. Instead of a photo there is a plate with initials: a stock face would pass itself off as the specialist.

Booking comes with payment: the client picks a format, writes when it suits them and pays via YooKassa, which charges a fee on each payment; the specialist signs the contract with YooKassa. The psychologist confirms the time after payment by phone or Telegram, whichever the client left in the booking form. The booking is marked paid on the payment system's notification, even if the client closed the tab without coming back to the site. The owner gets a Telegram message. The demo uses a YooKassa test shop, so no real money is charged.

Clients can also book through the Booking Mini App in Telegram: pick a format and a free time slot right in the bot. The bot sends reminders 24 and 2 hours before the session; bookings made on the site get no reminders. The Mini App does not take payments: such a booking arrives unpaid, and the psychologist arranges payment with the client. The Mini App has its own admin panel, separate from the site's: there the psychologist sets formats, prices and free time slots and sees bookings from Telegram.

The quiz and online payment are paid add-ons, and booking in Telegram is a separate plan, “Industry app in Telegram”. Without them, the client leaves a request on the site and the specialist agrees on the time directly.
